Change in shareholders for DÜRR DENTAL AG

Individual DÜRR DENTAL AG shareholders have sold a minority share in the company to Bitburger Holding GmbH. The Bitburger Group has had no previous activity in the dental sector. However, in acquiring this share, the new shareholder shows a commitment to long-term participation in a successfully expanding company in the health sector.
The majority of Dürr Dental shares remain in the hands of the owner family in its 70th year of business. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board welcome the change in shareholders and will continue to pursue the existing corporate strategy.
