Duo Tandem Med

Quality assurance from more than 50 years

Use in surgical treatment

Dental implant procedures require dry compressed air with perfectly hygienic quality. This is achieved through the use of the new membrane technology and an innovative filter.

Compressed air for stringent

Compressed air with a pressure dew point of -27°c at 7 bar and a filtration grade of 0.01 µm are only part of the requirements which are placed on the quality of the compressed air.

Quality "made in germany"

The technologically advanced compressor: Oil-free, dry and hygienic. Robust technology with two generators and two membrane dryers offers high dependability in continuous operation.

The new Duo Tandem Med from Dürr Dental generates compressed air of medical quality, especially to meet the high demands of implantology and surgical treatment.

For 3 workstations

Units to clean and maintain handpieces and other sterilisation units that require compressed air. These should be counted in the number of workstations.

  • Safety by one of the most prestigious manufacturers of dental compressors – the inventor of oil-free dental compressors
  • Proven components "made in germany"
  • Robust and durable: designed for continuous operation
  • Compressed air for stringent requirements

Important notes:
The moisture content of the compressed air generated by this oil-free compressor is ≤67 ppm (pressure dew point -27°c at a tank pressure of 7 bar), thus conforming to the specifications of the european pharmacopoeia for “medical air in the hospital pharmacy". Furthermore the specifications for particles and oil contents are also observed. This means that it is suitable for use in systems with medical compressed air requirements. It is important to note that such units are subject to other unrelated specifications for compressors of the european pharmacopoeia and other standards (e.g. DIN EN 737, parts 1-3, for pipeline systems for medical gas supply units).
