New Tornado by Dürr Dental: powerful, super silent and energy efficient
Compressors "Made in Germany" by Dürr Dental stand for oil-free, dry and hygienic air. At the 34th International Dental Show (IDS), the company presented the new compressor generation of the successful Tornado series: with the current one and two cylinder models, the company is offering robust, super silent and energy efficient versions.
Both of these powerful models, the Tornado 1 and 2 feature all the proven advantages of their predecessors: dental compressed air of the highest quality in a compact design and good value for the money. The Tornado has already won a renowned award – he is "red dot design award winner 2011". The compressors also offer even greater savings thanks to the extremely efficient energy use. The new model uses 15 % less energy than its predecessor. The new Tornado stands out in performance, but is considerably more discreet in your practice. It carries out its job with a noise so soft that it could be described as being as quiet as a whisper. This makes it one of the quietest of its kind.
The new models of course feature the use of nanotechnology for the innovative anti-bacterial coating on the inside of the tank, to ensure the very best, state of the art, level of hygiene. Both versions offer the membrane-drying unit as an option. This constitutes a considerable benefit thanks to the constant dry air and the lack of a need for regeneration time making it particularly suited for heavy-duty conditions. The potential compression performance is more effectively exploited thanks to the membrane-drying unit, so that the equipment can be operated 24 hours a day.
The Tornado models are the optimal, economic solution for up to three treatment rooms. A choice of voltages is possible for ease of use, regardless of the electricity network in your country.
